therapy tailored to you

  • I work with adults dealing with anxiety and depression through all stages of life. My specialties include grief counseling as well as perinatal mental health. I use a person-centered, psychodynamic approach to help you reflect on how your past experiences are impacting your current life and to build empathy for yourself and release shame. Whether it’s graduating college, getting married, parenthood, or becoming an empty-nester, I’m here to support you while you navigate some of life’s transitions that can feel overwhelming and destabilizing.

  • Perinatal mental health includes people who are pregnant, postpartum, trying to conceive, experiencing fertility challenges and/or experiencing miscarriage and infant loss. I have a special passion for working with this population due to my experience in working on a maternity floor and NICU, as well as my own lived experience of pregnancy loss, infertility and parenthood. I strive to create a supportive space for the perinatal population to explore the often unexpected and scary challenges that these experiences can bring. You don't have to go through this alone! My specialized training from Postpartum Support International, as well as my 10+ years working with these populations, allows me to assess what you’re experiencing and implement interventions and coping tools specialized to you.

  • Postpartum Support Group beginning March of 2026. Reach out to receive more information once available.

    • Currently accepting new members to my Clinical Supervision Group that meets weekly on Mondays at 2pm, virtually. $50 per meeting. Please fill out the contact form if interested in joining! Open to aspiring LCSWs, LPCs and LMFTs.

I offer both individual and group supervision for those working towards their clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. I especially enjoy providing supervision to therapists or aspiring therapists, as well as people working in a hospital, ER or crisis setting. Please reach out to see if I may be a good fit for your supervision needs!

  • I offer consultation services for companies, organizations, and community groups seeking engaging, evidence-based presentations on perinatal mental health as well as general mental health topics. As a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I provide trauma-informed, inclusive education that is grounded in current research and tailored to the unique needs of each organization. Presentations may focus on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, general mental health awareness, stress and burnout, supporting mental well-being in the workplace, and fostering compassionate, mentally healthy environments. My goal is to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and equip organizations with practical tools to better support individuals, families, and professionals.

My office in Exton, PA is designed to be cozy and healing. I chose a beautiful farmhouse from the 1880’s due to the charm, privacy and comfort it offers. Therapy can be uncomfortable at times, and having a comfortable space helps.
